Returns & Replacements

• Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, you may return them for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. (Note: Dated magazines, kits, and Digital Downloads are nonreturnable.) Return instructions are on the back of your packing slip.

• Refunds

Product can be returned if in salable condition. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Dated magazines, resource kits, and picture sets are nonreturnable.

• Packing and Sending Your Return

All returns must be prepaid. For your protection, we suggest you return merchandise via insured mail, UPS, or other insured carrier.

When placing your order you will be given the choice of how to pay. You can pay with your debit or credit card or via your paypal account. You can also call us on 01932 770175 and pay over the phone.

We make every effort to ensure our prices are correct, however sometimes errors happen. Where an item is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to withdraw that item from sale (for 24hrs) and relist at the correct price.

Updating Account Information

To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the Welcome tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.
